  • 1 Blender


  • 1 Cup Frozen Spinach
  • 1 Green Apple chopped
  • 1/2 Avocado pitted, sliced
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed ground
  • 1 tsp Ginger fresh, minced
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
  • 1/2 Cup Water
  • 1 scoop Collagen Peptides powder


  • Add all of the above ingredients (except collagen peptides) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add in collagen peptides. Pulse 1-2 times to mix in.
  • Enjoy!


  1. You can substitute banana for green apple if preferred, or depending on what you have on hand.
  2. Chia seeds are a good option to use as a substitute if you don’t have any flax seeds on hand.
  3. If citrus fruits upset your stomach, use 1 cup of water instead and leave out the orange juice altogether.
