This program is 12 weeks (3 months long) with bi-weekly LIVE group coaching calls, bi-weekly LIVE yoga classes taught by Jamie, a private community, Program Guide and Goal Setting Workbook, The Well Nourished Mama Journal and more to help you live a Well Nourished Mama Life full of energy!
